What we’re building.

CineFlo is growing into a complete production ecosystem for filmmakers. Here is the recent work, what is in flight, and what is queued next. Filter by the part of the production you care about.

Scheduling1.18.1 update

Split a scene across shoot days

Put some of a scene's shots and pages on one day and the rest on another, from a split sheet or by dragging a shot. Call sheets, the printed stripboard and day reports list only that day's part, and shots not yet on a day stay visible.

Scheduling1.18.1 update

Strip times from the crew call

Set a day's crew call and each strip's start and end follow from its shots' estimates or pages, with breaks as lengths. Type a time to hold a strip. A new call sheet takes crew call, shooting call, meal and wrap from the day.

Shot lists1.18.1

Coverage presets and shot list templates

Build a scene from a coverage preset instead of an empty list, or save any shot list as a reusable template. Twelve setups cover narrative, commercial, documentary and music video work, and characters tagged in the scene map onto the shots they appear in.

Reporting1.18.1

Colored revision pages on sides

Sides now read the way a paper distribution does. Change pages carry the revision color of the draft, revised scenes are starred in the margin, and every page names the draft it came from.

Scheduling1.16.0

Stripboard PDF export

A landscape, print-ready production board of every shoot day, color-coded by INT/EXT and time of day, with break banners inline.

Budgeting1.17.0

Budget baselines and forecasting

Lock an approved budget as a baseline, then track Estimate to Complete and per-line variance against it as the schedule moves.

Scouting1.16.0

Location boards and a redesigned scout

Scouts open as one scrolling page, and the Locations tab groups them into color-coded boards by location type.

Reporting1.16.0

Identical exports on every platform

Day Out of Days, Sides and call sheets now render server-side, so mobile and web produce the same file.

Reporting1.17.0

Reports for the shoot, not just the plan

A daily production report, a per-roll camera report, a script supervisor continuity log, a crew and cast contact sheet and an end-of-shoot wrap report costed against the budget.

On set1.15.0

On-set timecode from Tentacle Sync

Reads running SMPTE timecode over Bluetooth, so a completed take is stamped with the frame-accurate reference editorial needs.

Collaboration1.16.0

Shared Files as a media grid

Attachments show as a poster grid with real previews resolved from links, identical on mobile and web.

PlatformWeb 1.5

CineFlo Web matches the app

Call sheets, scheduling, budgets, script breakdown and sharing already worked in the browser. On-set take logging, bulk editing across scenes and shots, scout maps and scout sketch marks close the rest.
